低增生性急性白血病(Hypoplastic Acute Leukemia,HAL)是指骨髓增生减低或极度减低,而幼稚细胞明显增多的急性白血病。其在诊断治疗上均有一定的特殊性。我院1974～1986年收治6例HAL,其中3例采用小剂量环胞苷治疗,收到较好的效果。现报告如下。
Hypoplastic Acute Leukemia (HAL) refers to acute leukemia with diminished or extremely reduced myeloid hyperplasia and markedly increased naive cells. Its diagnosis and treatment have a certain particularity. Six cases of HAL were treated in our hospital from 1974 to 1986, three of which were treated with low-dose cyclophosphamide and received good results. The report is as follows.
