职业性和应用性是高职教育的特色,而在高职英语专业中,职业技术课程的“理实一体化”师资队伍建设首先体现了这一特色。教师是教育的主体之一,这支队伍建设的好坏直接影响着人才质量。本文从职业技术课入手,探讨了“理实一体化”教师队伍建设存在的问题以及应对策略。
Occupation and applicability are the characteristics of higher vocational education. And in the higher vocational English major, the construction of the teaching staff of “realism and integration” of vocational and technical courses embodies this characteristic firstly. Teachers are one of the main subjects of education. The quality of this team directly affects the quality of personnel. This article starts with the vocational and technical courses and probes into the existing problems and countermeasures of the teaching staff building of “the unity of the realism”.
