近些年来,基层党组织建设中一个普遍性问题是开展党内批评难,突出表现在两个方面:一是搞不起来,不愿意互相交心,也不愿意自我批评,党员在组织生活中,思想见面难;一是一旦真搞起来,又往往引发无原则纠纷,收不了场。二者互相作用,使正确开展党内批评更加不易。党内批评不能正确开展起来,就为各种错误思想和行为的滋长蔓延提供了土壤和条件,既难以形成心情舒畅的环境,又影响党组织的战斗力。
