目的探讨胚胎停育的发病原因和胚胎停育染色体检测的临床意义。方法获取107例胚胎停育患者的绒毛进行细胞培养,染色体制备与核型分析。结果 107例胚胎停育患者的胚胎绒毛组织,细胞培养失败6例,检出异常核型65例,染色体异常比率64.36%。结论染色体异常是导致胚胎停育的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the etiology of embryo stop and the clinical significance of chromosomal detection of embryo stop. Methods The villi of 107 patients with embryo shutdown were obtained for cell culture, chromosome preparation and karyotype analysis. Results In the embryos of 107 embryos, there were 6 cases of embryo villus tissue failure and 65 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected. The rate of chromosome abnormality was 64.36%. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are the important factors leading to the suspension of embryos.
