近年来公开发表的盐浴炉快速启动法有许多种,均称有不同程度的节电效果。为了解这些快速启动方法的节电潜力,我们于1983年底承接了机械部下达的“电极盐浴炉快速启动与节电”的科研课题。在制订课题试验方案时,选择了“654”盐渣启动法与传统的辅助电极启动法进行对比的试验方案。做了上百次的试验,测量了千余个数据,并对这些数据进行了分析对比。发现盐浴炉用“654”启动与传统的辅助电极法相比,在启动和使用过程中并无节电效果。现将我们的试验结果及看法介绍如下:
