采用单辊快淬法制备Fe40Co40Zr7V2B11和Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2两种非晶合金薄带,并对两种合金进行不同温度热处理。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究合金的微观结构。结果表明:Fe40Co40Zr7V2B11合金的自由面存在α-Fe Co相(200)晶面择优取向,贴辊面为非晶结构;Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2合金的自由面和贴辊面均为非晶结构。两种合金自由面和贴辊面经不同温度退火后α-Fe Co相平均晶粒尺寸随退火温度的变化曲线完全不同。
Two kinds of amorphous alloy ribbons Fe40Co40Zr7V2B11 and Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2 were prepared by single-roll quenching method, and the two alloys were heat-treated at different temperatures. The microstructure of the alloy was investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the free surface of Fe40Co40Zr7V2B11 alloy has the preferred orientation of (200) crystal plane of α-Fe Co phase, and the roller surface is amorphous. The free surface and the roller surface of Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2 alloy are amorphous. The curves of the average grain size of α-Fe Co phase with the annealing temperature of the free surface and the roller surface of the two alloys annealed at different temperatures are totally different.
