基于新课程标准的深入改革,幼儿因教育同小学教学的过渡衔接成为教育体系中重要的内容。同传统教学理念相反,在素质教育深入发展的当下,实现幼小衔接不仅仅要求对学生知识能力的培养还要求注重在转变过程中学生的心理变化。因而当前的幼小教育衔接工作为教育工作者带来一系列的挑战。鉴于此本文实现幼儿园与小学教育衔接的有效策略研究能够为教育工作者带来些许帮助和借鉴。本文从幼儿园与小学教育衔接的现状入手,针对当前衔接工作出现的种种问题提出有效的策略。
Based on the in-depth reform of the new curriculum standards, the transition of early childhood education and primary school teaching has become an important part of the education system. Contrary to the traditional teaching concept, in the current development of quality education, the realization of young convergence not only requires the cultivation of students’knowledge ability but also pays attention to the psychological changes of students in the process of transformation. Therefore, the current convergence of young education poses a series of challenges for educators. In view of this article to achieve kindergarten and primary education convergence of effective strategy research for educators to bring some help and reference. This article starts with the present situation of kindergarten and primary school education convergence, and puts forward effective strategies according to the problems that appear in current convergence work.
