哈萨克新词术语首先通过新疆维吾尔自治区少数民族语言文字工作部新词制定会的研究和探讨才能生效,使用。现在,在哈萨克语里头的新词术语在不同媒体,报纸和杂志上的使用存在一些问题。如乱用或不用制定的术语而产生的新词术语差异。即同一种术语在同一个杂志或报纸上有着不同的形式,这影响着哈萨克新词术语工作的进行和发展,同时也影响着哈萨克文各各报纸和杂志的质量。本文通过对哈萨克报纸和杂志上的新词术语使用情况进行调查分析,在这个基础上找出新词术语差异出现的原因。

This affects the progress and development of the work of Kazakh neologisms and affects the quality of various newspapers and magazines in Kazakh. Based on the investigation and analysis of the usage of new terms in newspapers and magazines in Kazakhstan, this article finds out the reasons for the difference of new terms.
