本文首先介绍了现场总线技术的发展情况和特点,分析了现场总线的技术特点,包括网络结构和数据操作方式等,简要分析比较了几种流行的现场总线技术的特点。接着介绍了LonWorks现场总线技术。首先讨论了LonTalk协议,包括协议的七层模型、网络寻址方法和通信服务。其次介绍了LonWorks技术的核心Neuron芯片,包括Neuron芯片的内部结构图以及外扩存储器的扩展方法。本文的重点是现场智能节点的设计。针对课题的意义和本人的专业背景。设计了一个可以应用于变电站自动化系统中的SF6高压断路器的智能节点。现场智能节点以Neuron芯片和高精度A/D转换器为核心,通过硬件电路和软件的设计实现数据的采集、通信处理和现场控制。最后简要介绍了智能节点的组网方式和系统的集成和应用方法。
This paper first introduces the development and characteristics of fieldbus technology, analyzes the technical characteristics of fieldbus, including the network structure and data manipulation, briefly analyzes and compares the characteristics of several popular fieldbus technologies. Then introduced LonWorks field bus technology. First discussed the LonTalk protocol, including the seven-layer model of the agreement, network addressing methods and communication services. Secondly introduced the core of LonWorks technology Neuron chip, including the structure of the internal structure of the Neuron chip and extended memory expansion method. The focus of this paper is on-site intelligent node design. The significance of the topic and my professional background. An intelligent node of SF6 high voltage circuit breaker which can be used in substation automation system is designed. Field intelligent node to Neuron chip and high-precision A / D converter as the core, through the hardware circuit and software design data acquisition, communication processing and on-site control. At last, the way of networking and system integration and application of intelligent nodes is briefly introduced.
