众所周知,牛代表着“勤奋,踏实,任劳任怨”。而猴代表着“机智,聪明,勇敢”。在传统的教学理念中,教学是学校教育的过程和手段,它规定教师怎么教。教学过程就是忠实且有效传递课程的过程,而不应该对课程做出任何变革。在教学过程中,教师只是既定过程的阐述者或传递者,学生只是既定课程的接受者和吸收者。教师只要像“牛”那样,做辛勤的园丁,甘当铺路石,把知识传授给学生,即教好课本就好了。“师者,所以传道授业解惑也”。“师者,人之楷模也”。“智如泉涌,行可以为仪表者,人之师也”。这些都是对传统教师的赞颂。
