由国家科委和林业部下达的、包括5个课题的“森林资源和灾害管理信息系统”项目,12月20日在北京通过部级鉴定。来自中科院、北林大、南林大、东林大、林科院、中国土地规划院、北大、国家计委、科委、农业部、林业部的31名专家参加了评审工作。鉴定委员会认为:该项目总体设计科学,技术路线合理,具有中国特色,达到了同类研究八十年代的国际水平,某些方面处于领先地位。
The project of “Forest Resources and Disaster Management Information System” issued by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Forestry, including five topics, passed the ministerial level appraisal in Beijing on December 20. 31 experts from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beilin University, Nanlin University, Donglin University, Academy of Forestry, China Academy of Land Planning, Peking University, State Development Planning Commission, Science and Technology Commission, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Department attended the review. Appraisal Committee believes that: The overall design of science and technology projects, the technical route is reasonable, with Chinese characteristics, reached the international standard of similar research in the eighties, some aspects in a leading position.
