1993年3月19日,天津市召开了“天津市设备管理工作会议”。市工、交、建、商、农各口以及各区、县的设备管理工作负责同志和有关综合部门、部分大中型企业厂长(经理)800余人参加了会议。 市政府对这次会议非常重视,副市长李慧芬到会,并发表厂讲话(讲话另发)。 会议受到国务院经贸办领导的关注,石万鹏副主任和汤全林副局长专程到会,石万鹏同志在会上作了如何贯彻好“第三次全国设备管理工作会议精神”的重要讲话(讲话另发)。 市建委副主任夏荣茂出席了会议,市交委副主任刘明哲传达了赵维臣同志在第三次全国设备管理工作会议上的讲话,市经委副主任陈维仁作了“天津市贯彻
On March 19, 1993, Tianjin Municipality held the “Tianjin Equipment Management Working Conference.” More than 800 comrades in charge of equipment management work in municipalities, transportation, construction, commerce, agriculture, and districts and counties, and related general departments and some large and medium-sized enterprises (managers) attended the meeting. The municipal government attached great importance to this meeting. Deputy Mayor Li Huifen attended the meeting and delivered a speech at the factory (speech was delivered separately). The meeting was attended by the leaders of the State Council’s Economic and Trade Office. Shi Wanpeng’s deputy director and deputy director Tang Quanlin made a special trip to the meeting. Comrade Shi Wanpeng made an important speech at the meeting on how to implement the “3rd national conference on equipment management work” (speech was delivered separately). Xia Rongmao, deputy director of the Municipal Construction Commission, attended the meeting. Liu Mingzhe, deputy director of the Municipal Communications Committee, delivered a speech made by Comrade Zhao Weichen at the third national equipment management conference. Chen Weiren, deputy director of the municipal economic commission, made the “Tianjin implementation”.
