齿轮制造的精度,除了和使用的机床及刀具的精度有直接关系外,齿轮滚刀的安装是否适当,齿槽中心是否对正,对齿轮精度也有很大影响。为了提高齿轮制造的质量,现在把齿轮滚刀的安装及对刀方法介绍如下。在安装齿轮滚刀以前,必须先检查滚刀刀杆端面的(轴向的)及径向的偏摆。检查时,应用检验棒和千分表。典型的检验棒如图1所示,它的工作部分的长度,一般采用300公厘。
