1病例报告患者女,40岁。因患2型糖尿病5年、肢端麻木3年、加重3个月,于2016年4月22日入院。既往血糖长期控制不理想,出现肢体麻木,尿蛋白阳性,并发糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)、糖尿病周围血管病变、糖尿病肾病。实验室检查,空腹血糖11.4mmol/L,血常规正常。给予胰岛素泵调节血糖,以及应用硫辛酸0.6g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注,每天1次,治疗糖尿病周围神经病变引起的感觉异常。2天后,患者
