当前,中国的经济发展正处于一个扩张的阶段。国内外经济发展市场环境日趋呈现多样性,国际经济交流的日益频繁使得市场发展对英语专业人才的需求量越来越大,需求的水平也越来越高。因此,这也就给我国的大学英语教育带来了新的机遇和挑战,一方面提升了大学英语的影响力,另一方面也带动了我国大学英语教育的进一步发展。除此之外,大学英语教育更是促进中国区域经济发展的一大动力,更要求我国大学英语教育要以区域经济发展为起点和落脚点,互相影响,共同提升。本篇文章立足于语言和经济之间的辩证关系,分析了大学英语教育对区域经济发展的作用,并针对区域经济发展对大学英语教育的要求作出了分析。希望本篇文章可以带给相关行业人员一些借鉴和思考。
At present, China’s economic development is in an expansion phase. The market environment of domestic and international economic development is becoming more and more diverse. The increasing frequency of international economic exchanges has made the demand for English professionals in the market increasingly larger and higher. Therefore, it also brings new opportunities and challenges to college English education in our country. On the one hand, it enhances the influence of college English and on the other, it also drives the further development of college English education in our country. In addition, college English education is a driving force for promoting the development of China’s regional economy. It also requires that college English education in our country should take regional economic development as the starting point and goal, and influence and promote together. Based on the dialectical relationship between language and economy, this essay analyzes the role of college English education in regional economic development and analyzes the requirements of college English education for regional economic development. I hope this article can bring some reference and thinking about the relevant industry personnel.
