去年8月份北京市国土资源和房屋管理局编制公布了城八区以及昌平,大兴和通州11区已购公房和经济适用住房再上市买卖指导价格,近日,北京市国土资源和房屋管理局又对外发布了2003年7-12月已购公房和经济适用住房再上市买卖指导价格。本期指导价格的样本数据包括城八区以及昌平,大兴、通州、房山、门头沟、平谷、延庆共15个区。
