本文对新生儿皮内卡介苗接种采用全量苗与同批号的半量苗进行了对照观察。结果12周与5年结素持续阳转率全量苗皆高于半量苗,而淋巴结异常反应率二者无显著差异,局部反应两组均未见异常。认为上海市新生儿可用全量卡介苗皮内接种。
In this paper, neonatal intradermal BCG vaccination with the full amount of seedlings with the same batch of semi-dose control were observed. Results The full-term positive rate of 12-week and 5-year co-infection was higher than half of the seedlings, but no significant difference was found in the rate of abnormal lymph node reaction.
