供水工作的首要任务是保障水质安全,我国广泛采用的是人工采样监测输配水管网水质,属于事后监督,创新水质管理体系是解决龙头水质的有效途径,本文根据国家水质管理办法的基本规定,通过比对人工和在线检测水质数据的相关性,建立了原水、出厂水、管网水水质与人工结合在线自动监测的互动管理模式,实现了实时监测水质变化状况,实践表明:该管理方法对于应对水质事故发挥了重要的指导作用。
