本文认为 ,当前价格体系的主要问题是 :( 1)价格功能弱化 ,不能对产业效率形成有效的激励作用 ;( 2 )价格构成不合理 ;( 3 )价格结构不合理。目前我国价格管制体制中存在诸多缺陷 ,需进行重建 :( 1)确立明晰可行的管制目标和管制原则 ;( 2 )制定规范、合理的定价标准和方法 ;( 3 )建立职能完备的价格管制机构 ;( 4)建立健全价格的社会监督约束体系
This paper argues that the main problems of the current price system are: (1) weakened price function can not form an effective incentive effect on industrial efficiency; (2) irrational price formation; (3) irrational price structure. At present, there are many shortcomings in China’s price control system and need to be rebuilt: (1) to establish clear and feasible control objectives and control principles; (2) to establish normative and reasonable pricing standards and methods; (3) to establish a fully functional price control agency ; (4) establish and improve the social supervision and restraint system of price
