目的研究蒲桃(原变种)Syzygium jambos var.jambos茎的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、氧化铝和制备液相等各种色谱技术进行分离和纯化,根据波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构;利用MTT法评价分离化合物对人肝癌细胞Huh-7细胞毒作用。结果从蒲桃茎醋酸乙酯和甲醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为麦珠子酸(1)、urolithin A(2)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(3)、桦木酸(4)、熊果酸(5)、1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,2-propanediol(6)、2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(7)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、3-乙酰-熊果酸(10)、积雪草酸(11)和阿江榄仁酸(12)。细胞活性测试结果表明在50μmol/L浓度时化合物1、7、10、11+12混合物对Huh-7细胞均未表现出显著的细胞毒作用。结论除化合物4,其他11个化合物均为首次从植物分离获得,所测试化合物均无明显细胞毒活性。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Syzygium jambos var. Jambos. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex, alumina and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis. The cytotoxicity of the isolated compounds to Huh-7 cells was evaluated by MTT assay . Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of apple, which were identified as rubeculin (1), urolithin A (2), di-n-butyl phthalate 4), ursolic acid (5), 1- (4-methoxyphenyl) -1,2-propanediol (6), 2,6-dimethoxy- (8), β-sitosterol (9), 3-acetyl-ursolic acid (10), asiatic acid (11) and acenaphthenic acid (12). The results of cell activity test showed that the compound 1, 7, 10, 11 + 12 mixture did not show any significant cytotoxic effect on Huh-7 cells at the concentration of 50 μmol / L. Conclusion All the compounds except compound 4 were isolated from plants for the first time, and none of the compounds tested showed obvious cytotoxic activity.
