我厂的大件砂型烘干炉建于80年代初期,因为是人工加煤,随意性很大,常有猛火升温及高温干燥现象。因此烘干质量不易保障,严重冒黑烟也不符合环保要求。为此,选用了螺旋下饲式}肖烟节煤燃煤机改造该炉,以替代手工加煤。炉子主要结构参数及技术性能指标为:容积 117m~2燃烧室面积 1.42×2(m~2)
