如今,学习肚皮舞的人越来越多。近日,意大利米兰大学用时3年调查发现,肚皮舞不但可以帮助治疗性交疼痛、阴道痉挛等妇科疾病,还能预防泌尿系统感染。在美国,近年来还流行起孕妇跳肚皮舞。据了解,轻微的腰胯部动作,对母婴都有好处。同时,肚皮舞比其他舞蹈更具有针对性。
