应用原子吸收光谱法测定大鼠体内各脏器组织中铂浓度的方法来研究卡铂腹腔内化疗体内分布情况。结果表明,给药后14d 内各脏器组织中均有卡铂存在,其中以肾脏中浓度最高,肝脏次之。这提示卡铂腹腔内化疗对防治胃肠道肿瘤术后复发有重要作用,但应注意肾功能保护.
Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the platinum concentration in various tissues of rats to study the in vivo distribution of carboplatin intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The results showed that within 14 days after administration, there were carboplatin in all tissues, of which the highest concentration was in the kidney and the second was in the liver. This prompts carboplatin intraperitoneal chemotherapy for prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer recurrence has an important role, but should pay attention to renal function and protection.
