利用核磁共振技术对由诺氟杀星和谷氨酸形成的复合物结构进行了研究。结果表明在水溶液中复合物以化合态存在,诺氟杀星的1-位氮与谷氨酸的γ羧基结合成盐;而在二甲基亚砜溶液中复合物以混合态存在。复合物的存在形式取决于复合物与溶媒的分子间作用。
The structure of the complex formed by norfloxacin and glutamic acid was studied by using nuclear magnetic resonance technique. The results showed that the complex existed in aqueous solution and the 1-position nitrogen of norfloxacin combined with the γ-carboxyl of glutamic acid to form salt. However, the complex existed in mixed solution in dimethylsulfoxide solution. The complex’s existence depends on the intermolecular interaction between the complex and the vehicle.
