在全党全国贯彻落实国家“十三五”规划纲要提出的战略目标的关键时期,为落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系,激发全社会创新创业活力,我们聚首杭州,参加中国产学研合作促进会与浙江省人民政府共同举办第十届中国产学研合作创新大会暨2016年中国产学研合作促进会年会,共同探讨,形成如下共识:一、把握科技革命机遇,加快建立国家创新体系
In order to implement the development concept of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing, we should establish a business-oriented, market-oriented and production-oriented business model at the crucial stage of implementing the strategic goals set forth in the “13th Five-year Plan” We will gather in Hangzhou to attend the 10th China-made Research Cooperation Innovation Conference with China’s Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government and the 2016 China Cooperation among Industries, Universities and Research Institutes to Promote the Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Whole Society.
