随着钛合金研究工作的迅速发展,要求测定钛合金中相含量的工作成了合金研究工作中的迫切问题。为解决钛合金中相定量问题,曾对TG_9、TC_4等合金探索了相定量方法。现结合此项工作对使用衍射仪进行相定量分析的方法作一介绍。在多相材料中进行相定量分析的方法:有金相法、X射线衍射法。在两相钛合金中,由于加热和冷却过程中合金相存在有复杂的中间转变,在室温下合金组织弥散细化,使得传统的金相法定量难以进行。促使我们采用X射线衍射定量法。在采用X射线衍射法测定钛合金相比例工作中,曾遇到许多实际的困难,如合金元素的影响,棒材加工织构的干扰等,而本文重点考虑加工织构对相定量的影响。
With the rapid development of research work on titanium alloys, the work required to determine the phase content in titanium alloys has become an urgent problem in the research of alloys. In order to solve the phase of titanium alloy quantitative problems, had on the TG_9, TC_4 and other alloys to explore the phase quantitative method. Now combined with this work on the use of diffractometer phase quantitative analysis methods are introduced. In multiphase materials for phase quantitative analysis methods: a metallographic method, X-ray diffraction method. In the two-phase titanium alloy, due to the complex intermediate transformation of the alloy phase during heating and cooling, the alloy microstructure is diffused and refined at room temperature, making the conventional metallographic method difficult to perform quantitatively. Prompted us to use X-ray diffraction quantitative method. In the work of determining the phase ratio of titanium alloy by X-ray diffraction, many practical difficulties have been encountered, such as the influence of alloying elements, the interference of the processing texture of the bar, etc. In this paper, we mainly consider the influence of the processing texture on the phase ration.
