Both developing countries and industrialized countries are facing the challenge of labor and employment issues. This paper analyzes the causes of labor employment from the perspective of economics and finds that it has a certain historical and phased, and is closely linked with the mode of capital wage labor. Looking further at the situation of employment in the world since the 1990's and its development trend, we think that although employment varies in different countries and different periods of economic development, fundamentally speaking, labor and employment are subject to market economy as resource allocation The rule of law is an inevitable phenomenon under the conditions of a market economy and shows diversity and complexity as the world economy develops rapidly.
