作为国家级新型电信运营企业,吉通公司近年来的发展令人瞩目。自1998年底以来,公司由300人迅速发展到现在的2000余人,所属分公司由9个迅速发展到现在的120个,产值成倍增长,迅速发展成为中国首选的综合数据通信服务提供商。充分开发和利用人力资源,正是吉通公司高速发展的保证。日前,记者走访了位于北京西单首都时代广场的吉通公司总部,吉通人力资源部沈英俊总经理精辟阐述了吉通的选人、用人之道。
As a new state-level telecom operators, Jitong company's development in recent years remarkable. Since the end of 1998, the company has grown rapidly from 300 to more than 2,000 now. Its subsidiaries have grown rapidly from 9 to 120 now. Its output has doubled and it has become the preferred integrated data communications service provider in China. The full development and utilization of human resources is the guarantee for the rapid development of Jitong. Recently, the reporter visited the headquarters of Jitong, located in Beijing's Xidan Capital Times Square, and General Manager Shen Yingjun of Jitong Human Resources elaborated on the selection and employment of Jitong.
