目的：研究神经生长因子（NGF）对儿童癫痫的治疗作用。方法：NGF2ml（1000u）每日或三日一次肌注，14天～6个月为一疗程。结果：80例中总显效率为58．8％，其中45例常规抗痫药无效者加用NCF后39例得到控制，显效率86．6％，35例单用NGF治疗者有效率为97．1％。结论：NGF对儿童癫痫确有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on children with epilepsy. Methods: NGF2ml (1000u) intramuscularly daily or three days, 14 days to 6 months for a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 58.8% in 80 cases. Among them, 45 cases were ineffective with conventional antiepileptic drugs and 39 cases were treated with NCF, the effective rate was 86.6%. The effective rate of 35 cases treated with NGF alone was 97 .1%. Conclusion: NGF has a good therapeutic effect on children with epilepsy.
