径向唇口密封可含贮润滑油和消除污染,应用极其广泛。密封效果取决于唇口和主轴间润滑油薄油膜的保持情况,油膜太厚容封不牢,油膜太薄,唇口和主轴易磨损而漏封。CR 工业公司Les Horve 撰文指出:多种工作因素对密封效果有一定影响。因此,就油槽温度、压力、主轴转速、不同轴度及润滑油类型对唇口温度、转矩、功率消耗和密封寿命的影响进行了一系列试验。油槽温度和主轴转速(图1)唇口密封温度随油槽温度和主轴转速的增加而增加。在主轴恒速条件下,即使油槽温度差较大时,唇口下温度也趋于相等值。
Radial lip seal can contain stored oil and eliminate pollution, a very wide range of applications. The sealing effect depends on the maintenance of the thin oil film between the lip and the spindle. The thick oil film is not well sealed and the oil film is too thin. The lip and the main shaft are easy to wear and leak. Les Horve, an CR industrial company, points out that a variety of work factors have an impact on the sealing effect. Thus, a series of tests were conducted on the effects of oil bath temperature, pressure, spindle speed, misalignment and lubricant type on lip temperature, torque, power consumption, and seal life. Oil bath temperature and spindle speed (Figure 1) Lip seal temperature increases with oil bath temperature and spindle speed. Under the constant spindle speed, the temperature under the lip tends to be equal even when the oil tank temperature difference is large.
