在电子设备中,温度对产品电性能的影响,已早被人们所熟知,而对机械结构性能的影响,人们的认识却并不那么深刻。笔者试图通过对小功率传动机构在低温环境条件下出现的问题的分析,提出设计小功率传动机构时应注意的一些问题,供大家参考。图1所示的天线座,其驱动功率为70瓦,驱动一个直径为400毫米的铝合金抛物面反射体天线作300转/分的快速圆周扫描。该天线座由动力传动和数据传动两部分组成。动力传动部分由激磁式电机通过联轴器带动四头蜗杆与安装在负载主轴上的斜齿轮啮合,速比为1:16。蜗杆二端装两只E17轴承;安装负载主轴的上下两只轴承为E1000815。
