10月26日,中国楹联学会在江西省南昌市进贤县(西湖李家)召开了六届二次常务理事会。中国文联国内联络部副主任李培隽,中国楹联学会一班人以及50多位来自全国各地楹联学会的主要负责人参加了会议。胡春奎秘书长主持会议。南昌市原市长李豆罗致欢迎词,孟繁锦围绕这次会议的中心议题作了重要讲话。会议传达了中国文联国内联络部《关于下发中国文联业务主管文艺社团组织建设两个文件的通知》等五个文件。
On October 26, the Chinese Federation couplet association held the second term executive council in Jinxian County (West Lake Lijia) in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Li Peijun, deputy director of the Liaison Department of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a group of people from the China Federation of Circulars, and more than 50 chief executives from the Allied Federation of China attended the conference. Secretary-General Hu Chunkui presided over the meeting. The Mayor of Nanchang Li Douluo delivered a welcome speech. Meng Fanjin made an important speech on the central issue of this meeting. The meeting conveyed five documents including the Notice on Issuing Two Documents for the Construction of Literature and Art Groups Organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Liaison Department of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
