自第一期全国水文領导干部訓练班同志向全国水文测站(队)职工提出开展社会主义劳动竞賽的倡議书以后,各級水文测站(队)的全体职工立即响应了这一号召,积极投入了这一运动。几个月来,全国各地涌現出不少的先进单位和模范人物。本刊本期刊登的关于河北省的北善村水文站、黑龙江省的石河水文站、广西僮族自治区的横县水文站以及黄河上游沙窝鋪水文站的郭根旺同志等四篇文章,就是这些先进单位和模范人物的一部分。讀了这几篇文章后,使我們不約而同地深深感到:党的艰苦朴素的优良传统和无产阶級的高貴品德在这些单位和同志身上得到了很好的发揚。他們不但严格地执行規范規定,还能模范地遵守国家政策法令;不但努力钻研业务,不断提高技术业务水平,而且經常坚持政治学习,开展批評与自我批評,努力改造自己,达到政治上团結一致:不但注意提前作好测洪各項准备工作,更可貴的是自力更生,亲自动手,为国家节 約大量资金;既紧紧依靠党的領导,又密切達系群众。他們真正做到了“以站为家”、兢兢业业地办水文事业。在惊涛駭浸中,他們以大无畏的精神,奋不顾身,排除万难,搶测到高质量的洪水资料,及时为防汛斗爭提供了准确的情报,出色地完成了各項任务。 北善村、石門、横县等水文站以及楊宝忠、郭根旺、赵仁礼、吕振光等同志,都是我們学习妁好榜样,希望所有水文测站职工联系本单位的具体情况和本身的工作、劳动、思想、作风,进行学习討論,以期收到提高阶級觉悟、端正工作态度、改变工作作风和改进工作的实际效果。 在我們全国各地水文测站中,类似北善村、石門、横县等水文站和楊宝忠、郭根旺、赵仁礼、呂振光等这样的好单位、好同志,肯定还是有很多的,希望各地及时整理出材料寄給我們,以便及时交流。
