张家口专区广大群众,在党的八届十中全会精神的鼓舞下,为了抗御干旱、夺取1963年农业丰收,自1962年入冬以来,积极进行水利冬修工作,并已超额完成了计划。从1962年10月中旬至12月底全专区统计:清淤、整修渠道2,000多条,新开小型渠道165条,修建各种建筑物400多座,整修小型水库20座,完成河防岁修工程87处,新开和整修排水渠22条;在山区整修梯田2.9万
Inspired by the spirit of the 10th Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Zhangjiakou Prefecture, in order to fight drought and win the agricultural harvest of 1963, since the winter of 1962, vigorous water conservancy winter repairs have been carried out and the plan has been over-fulfilled.
