由冶金工业部军工办和航天部物质局批准的钢铁研究总院与四十一所共同合作的《超高强度钢板材表面裂纹试样断裂韧度测试方法》课题的鉴定会于一九八五年十二月一日至十二月十日在广州召开。参加鉴定会的有冶金部、航天部的科研单位、生产与使用单位及高等院校等十八个单位三十名代表鉴定会首先由冶金部钢铁研究总院介绍了《超高强度钢板材表面裂纹试样断裂韧度测试方法》课题组的全部工作及起草说明。
The identification of the subject of the “Toughness Test Method for Surface Cracking of Ultra-High Strength Steel Plate Samples” jointly with the 41 Institute of Iron and Steel Research approved by the Military Office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and the Institute of Iron and Steel Research approved by the Ministry of Space Affairs Material Bureau will be conducted in 1985 December 1 to December 10 in Guangzhou. Participate in the appraisal will have Metallurgy, Aerospace Department of scientific research units, production and use of units and institutions such as eighteen 30 representatives of the Ministry of Metallurgical Research Institute of Iron and Steel introduced the first “ultra-high strength steel surface Crack test method for the determination of fracture toughness ”task force all the work and drafting instructions.
