战场饮食安全是战时官兵维持体力和精力的基础,是确保战斗力持续生成的关键因素,也是容易受到各种不利因素影响和破坏的薄弱环节。本文通过对战时饮食的存储、运输、加工、用餐等各个环节存在问题进行分析,提出战时饮食安全保障对策,进一步筑牢我军信息化条件下战争的饮食安全防线。
Food safety on the battlefield is the basis for the officers and men to maintain their physical strength and energy in wartime and is a key factor in ensuring the continued generation of combat effectiveness. It is also a weak link that is easily affected and destroyed by various unfavorable factors. This article analyzes the existing problems in each link such as the storage, transportation, processing and dining during the wartime diet, puts forward countermeasures for food safety during the war, and further strengthens the food safety defense of the war under the conditions of our army’s informationization.
