针对平宝公司己1512050机巷、己15-1712061机巷带式输送机未实现远程监控的现状,采用KHP178带式输送机综合保护装置,结合ICV上位机软件,完成了在KHP178通信协议下,OPC服务的地址分配,并利用VBS编程开发了带式输送机远程单控、顺煤流控制和逆煤流控制等后台程序,最后将带式输送机运行子系统集成到ICV一体化监控平台上,不仅实现了这2条巷道带式输送机的远程监控,而且也解决了信息孤岛的问题。
