设计了基于DSP的带式输送机实时监控系统,该系统主要由分布在带式运输机各个关键部位的传感器、监控装置以及上位机监控软件组成。其中监控装置以DSP为控制核心,和传统的以PLC为控制核心的监控装置相比具有较高的采样速率和数据处理能力,在上位机中开发了监控软件,具有带式输送机控制、数据显示、故障报警、参数设置等功能。本监控系统具有采样速率高、可靠性高等特点。
A real-time monitoring system of belt conveyor based on DSP is designed. The system consists of sensors, monitoring devices and host computer monitoring software which are distributed in key parts of belt conveyor. Among them, the monitoring device takes DSP as the control core and has higher sampling rate and data processing capability than the traditional monitoring device with PLC as the control core. The monitoring software is developed in the host computer and has the functions of a belt conveyor control, a data Display, fault alarm, parameter settings and other functions. The monitoring system has a high sampling rate, high reliability.
