××同志: 关于“无欲则刚”并不是一个新鲜的题目,却实在是一个值得思考的题目。 我之所以想到用这个题目与你进行讨论,是鉴于这么几个方面的原因:其一,“无欲则刚”这个命题本身,很有道理。其二,在现实生活中,相当一些人,特别是一些领导干部,面对人们价值取向的多元化和社会物欲化思潮某种程度的泛滥,“欲”太盛而“刚”太少的情形已经相当普遍和严重。其三,无数实例证明:只要私欲不加遏制,就几乎是一切罪错的共同的主观原因。其四,做到在党性原则、党的路线这些重大问题上不动摇,讲口号总是比较容易的,但是倘若没有高尚的人生观、无私的人格操守来作保证,就有可能贯彻不到底,甚至出现“双重人格”,这是极其危险的事情。
