目的观察凯西莱(硫普罗宁)对放疗所致白细胞减少的作用。方法自2001年3月~2002年10月本院收治了37例放疗引起的白细胞减少症,所有患者均60Co常规照射,放疗中每周查血常规1次,在血常规检查发现白细胞减少的第2天起开始静滴凯西莱针,每天2支加至5%~10%的葡萄糖溶液或生理盐水250~500m l中,常规静脉滴注,共用至放疗结束。观察患者血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板(PLT)的变化,同时观察凯西莱可能引起的副作用。结果37例中33例(89.2%)有效,其中22例(59.5%)显效,余4例患者用药后第14天WBC升高,但未达到正常水平。治疗后WBC总数的平均值均高于治疗前(P<0.05),而血红蛋白值和血小板计数则有升有降,其平均值与治疗前比较无明显变化。结论凯西莱可降低放疗的毒副作用,升高白细胞,并加速细胞的恢复,观察表明凯西莱具有防治由放疗所致白细胞减少的作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of triptorelin on the leukopenia induced by radiotherapy. Methods From March 2001 to October 2002, 37 cases of leucopenia caused by radiotherapy were treated in our hospital. All patients were routinely irradiated with 60Co, once a week for routine radiotherapy. In the routine examination of leukopenia 2 days began intravenous Kesi Lai needle, 2 added to 5% to 10% daily glucose solution or saline 250 ~ 500m l, conventional intravenous infusion, shared until the end of radiotherapy. Observe the changes of hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell count (WBC) and platelet (PLT) in patients, and observe the possible side effects caused by cetuximab. Results Of the 37 cases, 33 (89.2%) were effective, of which 22 (59.5%) were effective and the other 4 patients had elevated WBC on the 14th day after treatment, but did not reach the normal level. After treatment, the average number of WBC were higher than before treatment (P <0.05), while the hemoglobin value and platelet count increased or decreased, the average and no significant change compared with before treatment. Conclusion Kesilai can reduce the side effects of radiotherapy, increase the number of white blood cells and accelerate the recovery of cells. The results show that Kesilai has the effect of preventing and treating leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and is worthy of clinical application.
