当我们拿到一份脑电图,如何来进行分析定位呢?这里我们以大脑半球的肿瘤为例来介绍脑电图的定位法。首先要熟悉电极之间相互联接的方法,即所谓的“导联”,一般在描记之前要写好导联或盖上指示导联的图章。然后看异常电活动主要来自那个电极,那就很容易进行分析的。在开颅手术时,如果把两个电极放在暴露着的肿瘤组织上,描记出来的几乎是一根直线。说明肿瘤组织本身是没有电活动的(图1、线1)如果一个电极放在肿瘤组织上,一个电极放在肿瘤附近的脑组织上,或者二个电极都放在肿瘤边缘的脑组织上,则可以描记到4次/秒以下的δ波(图1、线2),说明肿瘤的周围可以产生δ波。电极离肿瘤组织越近δ波越明显,越远则越接近
