患者女性,63岁。舌左侧鳞癌施行左舌、颏、颈联合根治加术后放疗八月余,发现左耳廓及头皮肿块半个月,于1996年9月16日再次入院。体检:一般情况尚好。左耳廓前面对耳屏、耳甲腔下部有1.0×1.3×1.5cm 大小淡红色表面光滑质硬的新生物,同侧耳廓后上方头皮有一直径1.5cm 的肿块,初步诊断为:左耳
Female patient, 63 years old. The tongue left squamous cell carcinoma was treated with left tongue, ankle, and neck combined with radical radiotherapy plus postoperative radiotherapy for more than eight months.
