应用单抗免疫组化技术检测50例胃癌手术切除的标本,探讨 MMP-TIMP 在两型胃癌组织中的分布和含量的变化,并分析其表达水平与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、远处转移以及患者生存率之间的关系。结果发现,MMP-2在早期肠型胃癌组织中表达量少,进展期阶段明显增高,尤其是弥漫型;MMP-9在进展期肠型胃癌组织中表达量较高;TIMP-2则以早期肠型胃癌组织中表达量为高。较早死于肿瘤转移的患者,不论其肿瘤组织学类型和疾病分期,其瘤组织中均有较高的 MMP-2的表达和较低的 TIMP-2的表达。结果表明,MMP-2及 TIMP-2的表达对判断胃癌患者的预后有重要意义。
