10月25日,国家重点研发计划“高强度、大规格、易焊接海洋工程用钢及应用”项目启动会在河北石家庄召开。该项目负责人王昭东介绍,该项目是国家重点研发计划“重点基础材料技术提升与产业化重点专项”首批立项的项目之一,执行期为2016~2020年。该项目总体指标是开发出屈服强度785 MPa级、厚度180mm以上、最大焊接线能量200kJ/cm的系列海洋工程用钢
