1994年,枝江县审计局全面完成省、市、县下达的36个审计工作项目,审计被审计单位146个,查处违纪资金2466万元,处理上缴财政收入195万元。今年三月前后,再次被评为全市审计工作先进单位,被宜昌市委、市政府授予“文明单位”称号。这此成绩的取得,靠的是什么?局党支部书记、局长周代荣同志说:靠的是坚定不移地把对干部职工正确的思想教育作为基础性的工作、根本性的仟务来抓,通过不断提高干部职工的思想素质,为实现和完成各项任务和目标创造良好的思想条件。他把这项工作作为“营造基础工程”。
