目的采用meta分析方法探讨高温作业对工人心电图的影响。方法通过计算机检索中国知网CNKI全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,获得1994—2013年公开发表的高温与工人心电图异常关系的研究文献。依据纳入与排除标准筛选文献、评价质量和提出数据,采用meta分析软件Rev Man 5.0进行统计分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共计18篇。统计结果显示,高温组心电图异常率与对照组差异有统计学意义(OR=2.40,95%CI为2.05~2.81,P<0.01)。高温作业工人心电图异常主要有窦性心动过缓、左心室高电压、ST-T改变及传导阻滞。结论高温作业对工人心电图异常率有显著影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of high temperature work on workers’ electrocardiogram by meta-analysis. Methods The CNKI full-text database, VIP database, Wanfang database and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched by computer, and the research literature about the abnormal relationship between high temperature and electrocardiogram was obtained from 1994 to 2013. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literature was screened, the quality evaluated and the data presented, and the statistical analysis was performed using the meta-analysis software Rev Man 5.0. The results meet the inclusion criteria of a total of 18 articles. The statistical results showed that there was a significant difference between the high temperature group and the control group (OR = 2.40, 95% CI: 2.05-2.81, P <0.01). High temperature workers ECG abnormalities mainly sinus bradycardia, left ventricular high voltage, ST-T changes and conduction block. Conclusion High-temperature operation has a significant effect on abnormal rate of ECG in workers.
