目的调查洛阳市7~17岁儿童青少年肥胖及相关代谢异常情况,为制定健康促进提供指导。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样法,抽取本市7~17岁儿童青少年4 362人作为研究对象,测定身高、体重、血压、血糖、血脂等,计算BMI指数,分析肥胖及代谢异常情况。结果洛阳市4 362名儿童青少年中检出肥胖352名,肥胖检出率为8.07%。按年龄分层对比,7~岁组肥胖检出率为7.17%,14~岁组为8.94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肥胖儿童青少年在糖耐量、空腹血糖受损,胰岛素抵抗,高TG,低HDL-C和非酒精性脂肪肝6个指标异常检出率均明显的增多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖儿童青少年在糖耐量、空腹血糖受损,胰岛素抵抗的代谢异常率分别为20.17%、19.60%和15.06%,高TG、低HDL-C、脂肪肝检出率分别为53.69%、51.70%、61.36%。结论洛阳市儿童青少年肥胖发生率较高,肥胖儿童与糖代谢异常相关性大,应进行综合干预。
Objective To investigate the obesity and related metabolic abnormalities among adolescents aged 7-17 in Luoyang and to provide guidance for the development of health promotion. Methods A stratified and multistage cluster random sampling method was used in this study. A total of 4 362 adolescents from 7 to 17 years old in this city were selected as subjects. Body height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids were measured. BMI index was calculated and obesity and metabolic abnormalities were analyzed . Results A total of 352 obesity patients were detected among 4 362 children and adolescents in Luoyang. The detection rate of obesity was 8.07%. By stratified by age, the detection rate of obesity was 7.17% in 7 ~ group and 8.94% in 14 ~ group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05); In obese children and adolescents, The abnormal detection rate of six indicators of loss, insulin resistance, high TG, low HDL-C and non-alcoholic fatty liver were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The abnormal rates of glucose metabolism, impaired fasting glucose and insulin resistance in obese children and adolescents were 20.17%, 19.60% and 15.06%, respectively. The detection rates of high TG, low HDL-C and fatty liver were 53.69% and 51.70% 61.36%. Conclusion Children and adolescents in Luoyang have a higher prevalence of obesity. Obese children are associated with abnormal glucose metabolism and should be given a comprehensive intervention.
