患孩男,28天,体重4kg,足月顺产,产后无窒息、无黄疸及无青紫史。入院前三天因受凉低热,打喷嚏,微咳,翌日早上家人自作主张给予喂服“解热止痛散”半包。傍晚仍觉发热,又喂服上药半包,服后15分钟,发观患儿唇、指(趾)青紫,但无明显气促、烦躁。入院当天早上患儿出汗和微咳,家人再喂服上药半包,服后20分钟,全身青紫加重,气促,烦躁不安而急诊入院。体检:体温37.5℃,呼吸80次,脉搏200
