目的为了提高临床医务工作者对医院感染的认识,正确及时地填写感染病例报告表。方法对荆州市第三人民医院2008年各科感染病例进行回顾性调查。结果全院感染漏报率为14.29<(20%),符合卫生部要求;但有部分科室超标。结论临床医生对院内感染认识不足,对医院感染诊断标准掌握不全,采取有效地措施可以降低感染漏报率。
Objective To improve the awareness of clinical medical workers on nosocomial infections, correctly and timely fill in the reporting table of infected cases. Methods The Third People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City in 2008 subjects in all cases were retrospectively investigated. Results The rate of omission in hospital infection was 14.29 <(20%), which met the requirements of the Ministry of Health; however, some departments exceeded the standard. Conclusion Clinicians do not know enough about nosocomial infection and do not know the diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection. Taking effective measures can reduce the false negative rate of infection.
