目的对河北省平山县西柏坡镇居民卫生服务需要、需求和利用进行基线调查,为“基本型乡镇卫生院综合示范”的建设提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的形式现场普查西柏坡镇全部16个行政村内的所有居民,由统一培训的调查员调查居民疾病谱、医疗服务需要、需求和利用,医疗服务费用及医疗服务评价等情况,运用SPSS17.0做描述性分析。结果当地居民卫生服务存在“高需要、低利用”情况,新农合参合率达98.06%,居民就诊、住院选择最多的医院都是镇卫生院。在对镇卫生院评价中,设备和收费合理性评价得分最少。健康需求方面,健康体检、健康教育需求较大。结论卫生服务需要转化为利用的比例较低,高血压、脑血管疾病等重点疾病的医疗服务需要重点加强,应加大财政投入,加强基础医疗设施建设,努力做好居民健康教育和健康体检工作。
Objective To investigate the needs, needs and utilization of residents’ health services in Xibaipo Town, Pingshan County, Hebei Province, and to provide a basis for the construction of “a comprehensive demonstration of basic township hospitals”. Methods All the residents in all 16 administrative villages in Xibaipo Town were surveyed by questionnaire on the spot. Investigators of uniform training were used to investigate residents’ disease spectrum, medical service needs, needs and utilization, medical service costs and medical service evaluation. SPSS17.0 for descriptive analysis. Results The health service of local residents existed “high demand and low utilization”, the rate of new rural cooperative medical co-operation was 98.06%, and the hospitals with the most residents and hospitalization were town hospitals. In the evaluation of the town hospital, equipment and fees reasonable evaluation score the least. Health needs, health examination, health education needs more. Conclusions Health services need to be converted into low utilization rate, and medical services for key diseases such as hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases need to be strengthened. Financial input should be increased, infrastructure construction of basic medical facilities should be strengthened, and efforts should be made to do a good job in health education and physical examination of residents .
